Appointment

• Within 1 week after confirming your appointment, you will receive a package with examination guideline, health questionnaire, and stool sample test kit via postal service.
• You will receive a confirmation phone call 1 week and 1 day prior to the scheduled examination date.
• You will receive a SMS notification 3 days prior to the scheduled examination date.
• If you would like to make changes to your appointment please notify us at least 7 days prior to your date of appointment.
• Examination may be limited for pregnant or mentally weakened patients.
• If you are currently undergoing dental treatment (including implants) or have shaky teeth, please notify our staff in advance when making your gastroscopy appointment.
• For patients with colonoscopy appointment, please make sure to follow the instructions to ensure an accurate examination.

• Arrive at the Health Promotion Center(6F) between 8:00 ~ 8:30am.
• Confirm your appointment at the reception desk.
• Submit your questionnaire and stool test kit.
• Complete your registration.

• Proceed to the changing room and change into exam gown and slippers(remove all accessories).
• We recommend you not to bring any valuable items.
• Follow the staff's directions to proceed with the examinations.
• Examination may take from 3~6 hours depending on the program.

• General consultation will be available 2~3 weeks after the date of examination.
• You may choose to receive the test results via phone consultation or by postal service. In case of postal service, it may take upto 2~3 weeks.
