About International Healthcare Center: International Healthcare Center(IHC) at Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital is a specialized department providing one-stop services to international patients. It started as a clinic assisting US military patients in 1967. It played a vital role in the hospital, becoming the 1st designated hospital for US soldiers and families in the Daegu and Gyungbuk area. Currently, renamed as the International Healthcare Center. It is recognized as one of the best international patient care services in the nation by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. The center continuously strives to provide streamlined, professional, and personalized services for all international patients seeking medical care. It also works closely with global insurance companies for the convenience of the patients. The center’s highly qualified staff are always ready to assist you with your appointment, medical interpretation, payment, insurance claim, one-to-one escort, and other needs.
